Our history and missions

Founded in January 2014 in Pau, at the foot of the Pyrenees, EOVE emerged from a deep-seated conviction: medical technology should adapt to a patient’s life, not the other way around. Established by individuals passionate about medical innovation, the company set out to transform the management of chronic respiratory failure—a field where equipment had historically been cumbersome and restrictive.

From the start, EOVE challenged the status quo in home ventilation by designing respiratory support devices that were ultra-compact, connected, and high-performing (such as its flagship ventilators in the EO range). The goal was twofold: to restore mobility and freedom to patients dependent on ventilators, while significantly simplifying daily care and monitoring for healthcare professionals and caregivers.

In 2018, EOVE reached a major milestone by joining Air Liquide Healthcare. This integration into a global leader in home healthcare and medical gases enabled EOVE to accelerate its international expansion, all while preserving its innovative DNA and its strong local roots.
